diligence responsibilities.
David brings a strong
analytical background from
decades of experience in
the commercial real estate
industry. As the Principal
Owner at The Hart Groups,
David supports his clients
with leasing, tenant
representation, and
investment services.
Prior to founding The Hart
Groups, David served as
an Asset Manager for a
privately held REIT based
in Los Angeles valued at
$1.5 billion across 220
assets. David received his
bachelor’s degree from the W.P. Carey School of
Business at Arizona State
University.
